The Ullem Center for Sustainability and Campus Farm offer exciting opportunities for students to engage in real-life applications of sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly land use. The building features a spacious, flexible interior equipped with resource-saving systems that demonstrate practical ways to enhance environmental quality. The surrounding 12-acre property features a three-acre crop field, greenhouse, wash and pack facility, two hoop houses, experimental growing plots and bee hives.

The Ullem Center for Sustainability was built with radiant heating, no traditional AC unit, LED lighting, low-flow water fixtures, sustainable landscaping and on-site composting.
