The Office of Facilities provides a variety of services to support the maintenance of the University’s buildings, grounds, and utilities. In addition to activities described above, the office manages major capital projects, for both renovation and new construction, when funded by the University.

Comprehensive testing and inspection programs are in place to ensure University buildings and grounds remain safe and secure.
Facilities Management works closely with 花季传媒 Police and outside agencies to meet all applicable State and local Fire and Building codes as well as ADA compliance.
