How to Apply

Admission to the Management Fellows Program is selective and based upon a demonstrated interest in a career in business or entrepreneurship, proven superior academic ability and intellectual curiosity, and leadership potential.

Among the criteria used to select Management Fellows are your materials submitted, high school class rank, extracurricular activities, and work experience. During the personal interview, the applicant should demonstrate motivation and personal characteristics that will enable successful completion on both of the course and internship requirements of the 花季传媒 Management Fellows Program.

INCOMING STUDENTS APPLICATION PROCESS

Complete these three simple steps

Step 1: Submit a 花季传媒 application.  Before you can apply to the Management Fellows Program, you must first apply and be admitted to 花季传媒.  Upon receipt of your 花季传媒 application, you will receive an email with a username and temporary PIN that allows you to launch your application status portal and create a new password of your choice.  This is the username and password you will use to access and submit your Management Fellows application.  You can only apply to the Management Fellows Program after receiving an admission decision from 花季传媒.

Step 2: Prepare your Management Fellows application materials. Complete a resume of activities and accomplishments (tips for writing a resume can be ) AND a response to one of the following essay prompts attached here.  Please combine these documents into a single PDF and include your name and application year in the file name. (E.G., McDermond, Robert1927)

Step 3: Once your application materials are ready, . Applications are due on December 15th OR February 15th (We will review applications on a rolling basis). You will be directed to log into your application status portal from Step 1 above.
